Joshua B. Kutnick, Senior Trial Counsel
Joshua Kutnick was born in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in Akron, Ohio. There, his family taught him the greatest thing a person can do is use his talents to help others and hopefully improve the world in some way. After graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Josh first worked for an experienced criminal defense attorney before starting his own practice in 2001. He has years of experience handling everything from misdemeanors, complex felonies, large-scale drug conspiracy cases, murder and similar offenses, and appeals.

Kurt Feuer, Senior Trial Counsel
Kurt Feuer is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator who has been practicing law in Chicago since 1984. He has successfully tried cases in the areas of commercial law, products liability, patents, civil rights, and criminal defense, and litigated employment law cases. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, both at trial and on appeal. A former law clerk to Judge William J. Bauer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and a former partner at the law firm of Ross & Hardies, he has had his own practice focusing on civil rights cases since 2008.

Logan Bierman was born in Miami, Florida and grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. Logan attended Indiana University Bloomington, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in public affairs and minored in legal studies. He later attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, from which he graduated cum laude. Logan is a member of the Illinois State Bar and the General and Trial Bars in the Northern District of Illinois. Logan concentrates his practice in criminal defense, civil rights, and personal injury.
