Joshua Kutnick was born in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in Akron, Ohio. There, his family taught him the greatest thing a person can do is use his talents to help others and hopefully improve the world in some way. After graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Josh first worked for an experienced criminal defense attorney before starting his own practice in 2001. He has years of experience handling everything from misdemeanors, complex felonies, large-scale drug conspiracy cases, murder and similar offenses, and appeals.

Kurt Feuer, Senior Trial Counsel
Kurt Feuer is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator who has been practicing law in Chicago since 1984. He has successfully tried cases in the areas of commercial law, products liability, patents, civil rights, and criminal defense, and litigated employment law cases. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, both at trial and on appeal. A former law clerk to Judge William J. Bauer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and a former partner at the law firm of Ross & Hardies, he has had his own practice focusing on civil rights cases since 2008.

James “Jim” B. Goldberg, Of Counsel
James “Jim” B. Goldberg received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from the John Marshall Law School. He also received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from DePaul University. Prior to attending Law School, James was a High School teacher in the Chicago Public School System.
James’ experience in the Health Care Field includes representation including but not limited to: Physicians, Dentists, Nurses, Chiropractors, Psychiatrists, Veterinarians and Therapists.
